1. All sales are made against 100% payment in advance basis.
2. The paintings that are unframed & un-mounted will be shipped in a rolled format and in protective casings.
3. No guarantee is given for glass based item, though utmost care is taken by the packers.
4. The dispatch will be done within 15 days of confirmed receipt of the full value of the shipment. Orders where payment is by cheque / demand draft will be shipped only after clearance/realization of the same.
5. Though utmost care is taken while putting the images on the website, there could be certain variations in the color and tone. No complains would be entertained in this regard. Also when orders are placed for certain art items that are repetitive in nature, there could be variation in colors, shades, etc, as to what is shown on the website.
6. All works of arts marked original are original works of art, all other art items could be reproductions, or art works which could be reproduced by same or similar calibre artists. Original paintings are certified by the artists and so are certified by SATGURU’S ARTS & CRAFTS PVT LTD in good faith. However in case on coming to light that a certain work of art is a copy of another existing work, SATGURU’S ARTS & CRAFTS PVT LTD disclaims any liability for the same.
7. Certificates for original work of arts may not always be available from the original artists as good artwork is often picked up from third parties , dealers, etc
8. Disputes, if any, would be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
